If you've completed the Beginner Knitting or if you have mastered the basics of knitting (knit and purl stitch) then you are ready to tackle this class. In this class you will make a pair of mittens, knit in the round on double 4 pointed needles.  Don’t worry, you only knit with two needles at a time.

You will learn: Long-Tail Cast On, Backwards Loop Cast On, reading a pattern and understanding common abbreviations, increase and decrease, picking up stitches, knitting in the round on 4 needles

Required:

Know how to knit and purl
100 g of worsted-weight (medium weight 4) yarn
4.5 mm (US 7) double pointed needles (6-inch length)
Tapestry needle
3 stitch markers
1 small stitch holder
scissors
