Beginner Knitting

For those who have never attempted knitting before or who attempted in the past but need a refresher. In this course you will learn how to knit and purl stitches, hold yarn and needles, cast on and bind off, read a pattern, join a new ball of yarn, identify mistakes, and weave in tails. 

Students will be making the Wheat Scarf which is a quick, simple, reversible scarf designed by Tin Can Knits. All materials - tools, notions, pattern and yarn - are included in the cost of the course and will be provided in the first class.
